No fighting, drugs or weapons aboard party bus or inside bars
If purchaser leaves bar crawl they’re responsible for transportation back to their vehicle
As a condition of being a ticket purchaser there are risks associated with bar crawls. Purchaser understands and agrees that Party Life, LLC and promoters of Black Restaurant Week are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur while participating in said bar crawl.
Purchaser shall indemnify and hold Party Life, LLC and Black Restaurant Promoters harmless from and against any and all suits/actions, damages, liability or proceedings
